Whether you're celebrating a girls' weekend, special occasion with friends or are looking for an intimate dinner party for two, Chef Dan Brooks has created private, chef-catered dinners with a menu that offers a range of cuisines, including Southern, French, Italian and the 'Classics'.  Our guests may enjoy Pan Roasted Filet, a classic Cassoulet, Shrimp & Grits, or comforting meatloaf (just to name a few).

Food allergies or sensitivities?  Chef Dan's talents allow him to cater to a variety of preferences and needs.  We'll put you in touch with him directly so that any questions or concerns you may have can be addressed before your dining experience.

Please take into consideration that our fireside dining packages are subject to availability.  If you're booking less than two weeks in advance, please call us immediately so that we can be sure we're able accommodate your schedule.

  • Three-course Dinner ($67/person) - Begin with an appetizer, then enjoy a simple salad, and wrap up the event with a delicious entree including a protein and two additional sides.  Select from the options below, or work directly with Chef Brooks to create your own dinner.
  • Four-course Dining Experience ($75/person) - Relax and enjoy the fire while enjoying an appetizer and salad.  Next is the main course consisting of a protein and two sides.  The experience wraps with a sweet dessert.  Select from the options below, or work directly with Chef Brooks to create your own memorable dining experience!
